Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order gets processed this way. #2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
You may cancel your order by reaching out to our support team by email. Every product coming out of our warehouse passes through 3 step in-depth quality check process; it costs us time as well as resources to build the best quality personalised dog accessories. Hence we kindly request to cancel the orders within 6 hours after placing them. If we have already processed your order and shipped the product, you cannot cancel it.

If the delivered product has any defects, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange through our 30-day money back guarantee policy.
